4th European Conference in Sport Economics/XIV IASE Conference

2012 ESEA/IASE Conference – Sep 6-7

European Sport Economics Association (ESEA) / International Association of Sports Economists

Please be invited to submit a paper to the 4th European Conference in Sport Economics in London, UK. This conference will be again a joint conference with the International Association of Sports Economists (IASE). The conference will be held on September 6th – 7th at the University of London (Birkbeck College). The deadline for submissions is April 15th, 2012.

The conference is open to all areas of sports economics. The scientific committee invites individuals to submit a variety of abstract types. Submissions will begin to be accepted on April 2nd, 2012. Completed research or research in progress is acceptable.

European Sport Economics Association (ESEA) / International Association of Sports Economists

Birkbeck College, University of London, is hosting the 4th European Conference in Sport Economics/XIV IASE Conference on the Thursday 6th and Friday 7th September. A strong programme of 55 research papers covering all the key subjects of interest in sport economics have been chosen after a rigorous double-blind review process. In addition to the core conference programme a series of roundtable debates will be staged at the conference with distinguished external speakers (details to be confirmed).

The conference is open to attendance by anyone with an interest in sport economics – it is not a requirement to be one of the presenters at the programme.

The conference fee is £90 which covers all catering during the event inclusive of the conference dinner on the evening of Thursday 6th September.
