“Premier League Says Soccer May Be Damaged by Ruling”

The BSBC’s Sean Hamil comments on the suggestion that the UK telcoms regulator Ofcom’s ruling, aimed at  making the broadcasting market more competitive, that pay-tv operator BSkyB must charge its competitors less when they distribute its sports channels, that this may lead to a breakdown of the collective selling arrangements in the Premier League to be replaced by individual selling by clubs.
