Mikkel Larsen – Sport Recreation Alliance
Governance & Compliance Administrator
I made the Sport Business Centre my first call after having done extensive research on Universities offering similar postgrad degrees. It was clear to me that the Sport Business Centre offered me flexibility and quality, combined with much higher recognition and better value than other Universities could offer.
My experience with the Sport Business Centre has been great. I found the quality of lectures extremely high and liked the flexibility the Sport Business Centre offered students. The flexibility allowed me to focus on minority sports, which are very close to my heart.
I benefitted hugely from direct access to lecturers, who did their best to support students when it came to supervision, tutoring and access to contacts. I got lots of support from the Centre in securing an internship with the London Organising Committee for the 2012 Olympics games. More recently, I gained a position in the Sport and Recreation Alliance as the Governance & Compliance Administrator, leading several initiatives to support national governing bodies implement good governance.
